Scope of Legal Services

An attorney-client relationship with prospective clients will be established only after an attorney of the Firm has expressly communicated in writing the willingness of the Firm to accept representation of your matter and you have timely returned a signed written Engagement & Fee Agreement together with any required payment. The Firm may decline to provide legal service for any reason including if a conflict of interest is discovered. The scope of legal services to be performed by an attorney of the Firm will be expressly agreed upon in writing by you before any legal services are performed, and does not include any services that have been expressly excluded or are otherwise outside the scope of the written agreement.
